♦ Function
Automatic Flexo Printer Slotter Die-cutter With Stacker is used to make complete corrugated cartons automatcally, this machine can finish Feeding, Printing, Slotting or Die-cutting,stacking at one time, to replace manual gluing and folding, this machine can greatly improve the working efficiency, reduce cardboard wastage, labor cost, and increase the benefits of manufacturers.
♦ Features
1. The machine adopted touch computer combined with PLC at each unit of machine that could be adjusted automatically when apply for digit input or order managing. It will cut lots of time while operating.
2. 250 sheets per minute when runs at the top speed. It could be efficient to produce one hundred thousand pieces of carton of daily productivity.
3. In-line control of flexo printer combined with folder gluer. Integral order management and quick shift function are available. It made the significant revolution for completely automatic production line in packaging field.
4. It can connect with Auto Pre-Feeder Equipment or Auto Strapping Machine, 3-5 workers for whole production line is available.
5. Adopts excellent materials and parts. All the rollers are chrome plated and harden treated; all the gears are ground by Germany High-precise gear grinding machine, the precision grade up to 6.5; all the bearings adopts JAPAN NSK/NTN/IKO.
6. All the motors & electric parts adopts international brands, such as TECO, CPG, EMERSON, SCHNEIDER, OMRON and etc...
